The Physicians and Patient Safety seminar features expert faculty Robert Marder, MD and Craig Clapper, PE, CQM. He has worked with hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the country in the areas of patient safety/error reduction, hospital and medical staff performance improvement, peer review, medical staff development, and case management. Craig Clapper, PE, CQM is chief operating officer for Performance Improvement International (PII).
