TGS Healthcare Solutions Earns Certification From The Joint Commission For Excellence In Staffing

Edison, NJ - TGS Healthcare Solutions (TGSHC) recently announced that The Joint Commission (TJC) which evaluates and accredits nearly 15,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States, has awarded certification to the company's Healthcare Solutions Division for the quality and scope of its staffing services. TGSHC earned accreditation after passing a rigorous evaluation by TJC in several categories including performance management, information management, human resources management, and overall leadership. By earning certification, TGSHC joined an elite group and became one of only five firms in New Jersey to be accredited for healthcare staffing solutions by TJC. TGSHC provides highly skilled healthcare professionals to care-giving organizations on a per-diem, contract, and permanent placement basis.

TJC's certification process evaluates a staffing company's operations and commitment to excellence in providing healthcare staffing services in a comprehensive manner. Certification standards define the performance expectations, structures, or processes that must be in place to ultimately enhance the quality of healthcare provided by the program.

"We are proud and honored to receive the Health Care Staffing Services Certification from The Joint Commission," said TGS Healthcare Solutions President Robert DeMarino. "It recognizes the commitment we have made to partner with our clients and assures them that they can rely on us to provide high quality human resources and services to meet our joint goal of providing superior patient care."

TGSHC is majority owned by Tekmark Global Solutions LLC, one of the largest privately held providers of information technology, communications, healthcare staffing and consulting services to companies worldwide. "Our commitment to quality and service has made TGS Healthcare Solutions a preferred choice for staffing and this honor is a confirmation of the excellent resources and service we provide," said Tekmark Global Solutions President and Chief Executive Officer Guy DelGrande. "By earning this certification, our clients can be confident that they are working with a business partner whose policies and processes are compliant with TJC requirements and are dedicated to helping them achieve their objectives for quality and safe patient care."
