Amerinet Recognized For Delivering Outstanding Service By ShareCor

St. Louis, MO - Amerinet, the purchasing organization for the health care industry, recently received the "Outstanding Vendor Partner Award" by ShareCor, a subsidiary of the Louisiana Hospital Association (LHA) and the Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans (MHCNO).

In its first year of presenting the award, ShareCor CEO Mike Mouisset, made the presentation to Jack Bennett, senior director of the Gulf Coast district, who graciously accepted the award on behalf of Amerinet at the LHA 2007 Annual Meeting and Summer Conference held in Orange Beach, Ala. ShareCor created the award to acknowledge vendor partners that provide outstanding service to its members throughout the year.

"This award is in recognition of Amerinet's commitment to providing cost-effective and innovative solutions to ShareCor members," said Mouisset. "ShareCor members have received added-value services far beyond procurement and contracts. Our partnership with Amerinet is a testimony on how organizations can work together to bring efficiencies to health care."

ShareCor members have received numerous benefits over the years including lower contract prices, inventory reductions (62 percent in pharmacy alone at LSU), cost savings (more than $20M in medical and surgical supply cost at LSU), reduction in time and expenses related to the bidding process, as well as exceptional support following the Hurricane Katrina disaster.
