(NYSE:TMH), a leading provider of outsourced physician staffing solutions for hospitals, announced the acquisition of the operations of Princeton Emergency Physicians (PEP). Based in Princeton, New Jersey, PEP provides care to approximately 48,000 patients each year through staffing and management of the emergency department at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.
