Acculab VI-1MG Balance
These items have been completely re-designed and re-engineered for better performance and durability. Standard features include:
- Faster microprocessor speeds and enhanced digital filtration, ensuring peak performance and stability in even the most compromising environments.
- Sensors are robotically manufactured for uniformity and greater durability, and are computer optimized for maximum performance, higher output and better repeatability and linearity with minimum material stress. Each sensor operates at peak efficiency by being individually configured and custom matched with its processor during assembly.
- The completely re-designed and strengthened VI-Series housing is constructed of a durable ABS material to provide years of protection for sensitive internal parts.
- At start up, the unit will default to the last weighing mode used allowing one time set up and hassle free operation.
- Easy auto calibration; weights included with many models.
- Memory feature allows for consecutive weighing of multiple samples with totaled results displayed.
- Easy to use parts counting program (except 1mg models).
- Large LCD with low battery, overload, underload, stability and mode indicators.
- Membrane keypads are raised for tactile feel and include an audio tone to signal function.
- Large removable stainless steel platforms (stainless and glass draft shield included with 1mg models).
- AC adapter and built-in lockdown bracket included on all models (cable lock sold separately).
- 9V alkaline battery operation (except VI-1mg, VI-3mg, VI-350, VI-2400 & VI-4800).
- Easy to clean housing is specially designed to keep spills out of internal mechanism and away from the sealed keypad.
- 2-year renewable warranty, with 48-hour service turnaround (U.S. and Canada only).
- Remote computer operation is available via data acquisition software, sold separately.
All VI-Series balances are available with an optional DB-9, RS-232 serial computer/printer interface (bi-directional). Just specify your model selection as a VIR instead of a VI, and you get the RS-232 interface, leveling feet, and a bubble level installed. The following RS-232 parameters are user configurable:
Stability: Global settings for differing ambient conditions, and stability range settings.
Communications: Baud rates from 150-9600, parity, # stop bits and handshake.
Printing: Auto or manual printing, at or regardless of stability.
