Alarm Monitoring System

The new SYSTEM 3500H is a 'smart' alarm monitoring system that allows users to check patient status from one or more central stations, anywhere in the hospital. The system drastically reduces the incidence of troubling false alarms. The system can monitor an entire floor and supervise a wide variety of monitoring equipment with or without a computer interface.

The system, responding to inconspicuous alarm panels near patient's beds, features a console that issues a distinctive on-screen and audible alerts displaying patient names, room numbers and conditions. Hard copy printouts provide an alarm record. The system provides easy uploading to MIS, a built-in keypad for alphanumeric data entry and an individual patient room annunciator output.

When an alarm event is resolved, the system automatically corrects itself at the command center, so nurses can readily identify alarms that call for immediate response.
