PrimePractice is an integrated practice management, computer-based patient record (CPR) and managed care solution for physician practices. The Web-based software application is constructed on an n-tier architecture using Microsoft's Digital Dashboard Web-browser interface and Distributed interNet Applications (DNA) technologies.

It will work together with PrimePatient, the patient's tool for structured and rapid electronic communication with their physician, as a secure, integrated platform for computer-based patient records (CPR) within a distributed healthcare delivery network. The software provides complete and accurate data, alerts, and reminders for users, and in its final form will support a distributed healthcare group across various locations. Approved users have a single set of patient information that can be arranged into different views for best study and comprehension.
