Anesthesia Work Station

The Anesthesia System with Biometric ID streamlines the management of supplies for anesthesia, ensuring the availability of the items and also authorized access to them. The system securely stores all products, including narcotics and larger items, at the point of use. The system provides drug tracking and usage data on-line, enabling the pharmacy to conduct the drug replenishment process efficiently. Kits grouping specific items per provider and/or surgical procedure can be created, and the system remains anchored open during procedures, allowing for quick removal of nonsecured items.

The product uses Windows NT-based technology and interfaces with electronic O.R. scheduling systems and hospital billing systems. Additionally, it also has a rack system to accommodate a variety of accessories, color touch-screen to streamline user interaction, keyboard with disposable cover, and auxiliary work light. Single-dose mini-drawers secure narcotics, a full-surface work space with pullout tray, and a large external bin are also standard.
