Your nurse managers and supervisors can view AssignmentCenter™ from any workstation in the facility, quickly scan the status of units deploying the system, and make informed decisions or recommendations regarding: (a) which units have sufficient resources to accept a new admission, (b) whether units have sufficient resources to properly care for patients, (c) whether staff can or should be pulled from one unit to another, (d) whether to call for additional staff or send staff home, and (e) how units are performing relative to their budgets. A comprehensive reconciliation utility allows you to adjust staff, patient and assignment data prior to shift turnover to ensure the most accurate workload projections as well as the most complete documentation and audit trail. As an added bonus, AssignmentCenter™ provides a utility for tracking ten key outcomes (adverse events) in concert with JCAHO Standards of Staffing Effectiveness, with the ability to analyze trends over time in support of your Performance Improvement program. You may interface in real time to your ADT, scheduling, human resources and/or time & attendance systems and automatically populate AssignmentCenter™ with essential staff and patient data.
