The Bledsoe Thruster is an off-the-shelf functional knee brace designed for medial and lateral compartment arthrosis of the knee. A muscle-powered brace designed to place a medially or laterally directed force or "thrust" against the knee as the knee comes into the terminal 20 degrees of extension.
