Cholesterol Test

The VAP Test (Vertical Auto Profile) is a Comprehensive Lipoprotein Risk Assessment Test for Total Cholesterol/Lipid Management. The test directly measures risk factors associated with heart disease, providing more accurate information than the typical cholesterol test, which calculates the LDL values. Additionally, the test directly measures other cholesterol / lipoproteins that are now recognized as independent risk factors.

The test directly measures small dense LDS, HDL, HDL₂, HDL₃, Lp(a), IDL, small dense VLDL, and provides triglycerides according to NCEP guidelines.
