The EPEX and RADEX systems are radiography systems that are designed to complement currently available direct-to-digital systems for trauma and emergency room applications, for high volume chest applications, and to convert existing screen-film-based general radiography systems to full digital capability by replacing the existing screen-film cassette with a DirectRay detector. EPEX is a full function general radiography system. Its design allows a single flat panel detector to be used for all radiographic applications. RADEX is an entry-level general radiography system. The C-arm design allows flexibility to meet the needs of the outpatient department.
