With its compact physiologic shape, the Integrity Micro AutoCapture Pacing System is designed to improve patient comfort and aesthetics
With its compact physiologic shape, the Integrity Micro AutoCapture Pacing System is designed to improve patient comfort and aesthetics and is well suited for small patients who may benefit from a small, full-featured device. The pacing system is available in both dual-chamber rate-responsive (DR Model 5336) and single-chamber rate-responsive versions (SR Model 5136). At 18 g (weight) and 8 cc (volume), the DR model is the smallest dual-chamber pacemaker available.

The pacemaker features the AutoCapture Pacing System, which is designed to ensure patient safety, improve patient management and optimize device longevity. It monitors for capture on a beat-by-beat basis and provides a high output back-up safety pulse in the event of non-capture, all the while continuously and automatically adapting output slightly above the patient's threshold.

The pacing system also offers several of the customer-driven features available in the Integrity AFx family of devices. In addition to the programmable Auto Mode Switch (AMS) Base Rate (DR Model 5336), Expanded Hysteresis Programmability and Automatic P&R Wave Measurements, the pacemaker offers Noninvasive Programmed Stimulation (for diagnostic and therapeutic tachycardia termination and induction procedures), a VDDR mode option (DR Model 5336), and programmable polarity of the AutoCapture Pacing System's back-up safety pulse.
