Proceed is a hemostatic sealant designed designed for the treatment of bleeding during surgery. It uses a proprietary combination of collagen-derived granules and thrombin together with the patient's fibrinogen, and provides a chemical and physical effect to speed clotting and thus seal bleeding tissue. The product is designed for applications in spinal surgery.
