For each of our clients, we assign an account manager. He/She manages a dedicated team assigned to each client. Each Physician in turn is assigned two or three Transcriptionists. This will allow the Transcriptionists to build their skills by becoming familiar with the style, content and expressions of the Physicians. The account manager maintains a feedback system to identify and rectify issues as and when they arise. Using this approach we are able to come up the initial curve very rapidly and attain very a high level of quality within a short period of time. This team of Account Manager, dedicated team of qualified Transcriptionists, Sub Editor, Editor and senior QA representative works continually to improve the level of quality.
