Portable Disease Management Tool

The MediMonitor is a portable, palmtop disease management tool. It reminds patients to take medications on time, and with appropriate instructions. It also provides patients with targeted information about their conditions and their medications.

The monitor retains a month's supply of up to five medications in individual compartments. Additionally, it reminds patients to record selected, customized, clinical information; such as blood pressure, blood glucose levels, or temperature. It also prompts patients with diet and exercise tips, and other health management information such as use of inhalers, liquid medication, and injections.
