Sroufe's Orthopedic Products

Sroufe Healthcare, manufacturer of orthopaedic products since 1975, has introduced four new products to the orthopaedic market. The items are the most recent additions to Sroufe's complete line of orthopaedic soft goods and are available in individual quantities as well as economical case lot quantities.

Sroufe's Model 104 Cast Shoe features an elastic strap for an extra snug yet comfortable fit to the cast. The shoe also features a loop lock toe strap to reduce slippage. Model 104 Cast Shoes are available in various sizes.

In response to customer demand for a padded arm sling, Sroufe has also added the Model 1513 Arm Sling to its line. The sling has a 1 ½" wide shoulder strap and 3/8" thick padding along the neckline for added comfort. In addition, the sling features a convenient hook and loop style closure and thumb strap to help hold it in place.

Also new to Sroufe's line is the Model 1743 Reversible Elastic Wrist Splint. The reversible splint can be worn on either the left or right hand, reducing inventory requirements. Simply remove the palmar stay from the vinyl pocket and slide it under the loop for a left-handed injury. The splint is available in five sizes (XS-XL).

Finally, Sroufe introduces its Model 1349 Criss-Cross Lumbo / Sacral Support. The brace features a latex-free elastic support with a criss-cross elastic back panel. It also has double elastic pull straps for additional compression and four posterior stays to provide increased stability to the lower back.
