The Sterrad 50 Compact Sterilization System features fast turnaround of surgical instruments with a compact, mobile design. The device is simple to operate and is safe for users, patients, and the environment. Using hydrogen peroxide gas plasma with a rapid, dry, low-temperature cycle, the product sterilizes both metal and non-metal instruments, especially those sensitive to heat and moisture. The 45-minute cycle and the ability to place the system close to operating rooms allows users to have instruments available for surgery whenever they are needed. The system requires a dedicated 110-120V outlet, and can be utilized without the need for plumbing, temperature/pressure boosters, or ventilation.
