The Biofeedback Federation Of Europe Releases New ClinicalQ And Braindriving Software Suite

The BFE ClinicalQ and Braindriving software suite, based on the EEG method developed by Dr. Paul G. Swingle, provides a complete software and training solution for neurotherapists who wish to implement this method in their practice.

London (PRWEB) - The ClinicalQ Assessment, described in Dr. Swingle’s book "Adding Neurotherapy to Your Practice" (Springer), is a remarkably simple and effective intake method that examines brain activity at five major sites as a basis for identifying dysfunction and determining training plans quickly and efficiently.

The ClinicalQ assessment relies on the use of a clinical database of over 1500 records. According to Dr. Swingle, “Using a clinical vs normative database avoids diagnostic labels and categorizing but focuses rather on the behavioral manifestations of the inefficiencies found in brain activity. When clients present for treatment, the vast majority do not really care if their brainwave architecture departs from normative values. Moreover, sometimes the problem resides in brainwave activity that is not outside normative ranges as determined by the databases.”

The Biofeedback Federation of Europe has collaborated with Dr. Swingle to create a software suite that guides the practitioner through every step of his method beginning with the ClinicalQ assessment and interpretation of results, along with providing neurofeedback and Braindriving protocols to retrain brain function. The suite includes a comprehensive user manual, instructional videos and a digital copy of Adding Neurotherapy to Your Practice and features easy output to the ClinicalQ Report Writer website for optional client reports.

The ClinicalQ Report Writer Website
The ClinicalQ Report Writer takes Dr. Swingle’s method one step further by allowing users to generate client reports that convey the results of the ClinicalQ Assessment in easy to understand language. This valuable tool helps clients understand the data from their assessment by presenting information found to be statistically associated with their specific brainwave profiles.

At his Vancouver clinic, Dr. Swingle uses neurotherapy as part of the treatment for a wide range of disorders as well as with clients who just want to perform better at work, on stage or at a sport. According to Dr. Swingle, one of the best things about neurotherapy is, "It marries well with all other therapies whether experiential, EMDR, cognitive behaviour, pharmaceutical and so forth. Once the brain is functioning more efficiently, then it just markedly enhances the efficacy of these other procedures."
